Pros

Commissions on top of the base salary with benefits that are half paid by the company. Employees try to endure management's attitude because of the benefits. T the longer you work here, it just gets more and more toxic and feel that all that isn't worth it. You'll be giving out more than what you actually receive. so it's ok if you work for a short time, but not longer than a year.

Cons

It's difficult to work with a management who won't take accountability for their choices and decisions. They give you so much work to do then expects you to also clean up their messes! You will get berated if you can't cope up with all their demands, get yelled at for petty things, and even insulted and blamed even when you're not at fault! They always needed to pass on their incompetence to someone else and won't admit that they're not fit for the role!! It's not just difficult to work with them, but they're actually impossible to work with!!

Pros

There is nothing to write here.

Cons

Nfinity Athletic has a very toxic and stressful work environment, and that's all thanks to the problematic leadership. Our managers here are unreasonable and demanding. They have very high expectations despite not providing proper guidance and sufficient resources to the employees. They want us to coordinate with countless clients without mapping out our schedules more efficiently. They work carelessly because employees are the ones who are affected the most.

We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. Nfinity has a high-accountability culture, and we know that can feel intense, especially in roles tied closely to revenue, deadlines, events, and customer needs. Our goal is to be direct without being disrespectful, and we continue to work with our managers to make that line clear. We will always review feedback that points to communication or leadership concerns. At the same time, we believe strong teams require clear expectations, personal ownership, and consistent follow-through. We appreciate your time with Nfinity and wish you well.

Pros

Occasional learning experience if you can survive the environment.

Cons

The owners barely show up and make decisions without understanding what's actually happening. You end up juggling way too many tasks while they coast and chat all day. Promises about pay and commissions don't match reality, and there's no real support to help you succeed. Speaking up about problems is pointless since they only want to hear good news. Mistakes from past employees get dumped on you with no appreciation. The management style is ridiculous and really unfair, and it's clear the priorities are all about keeping themselves happy, not the team.
