All has been fairly good, nothing to get upset about.

Pros

Up-and-coming brand. The company has the best shoes, clothes, bags, and accessories made specifically for cheerleaders. Nationwide coverage. My job is to promote cheerleading events all over the country where I get to meet interesting personalities. Solid team and technology support. Genius CEO. He practically created this market over 20 years ago and has been relentless ever since. Comfortable working environment. There’s no strict dress code that we have to follow. We also have half-day Fridays during the summer. Fixed salary plus commission and the usual benefits like 401k and dental/medical/vision insurance.

Cons

None except that you must really be into cheerleading too.

I get the space to experiment and build on ideas. No one micromanages me, and that makes a huge difference. I’m trusted to handle the process from concept to post. People move quickly here and respect each other’s time. The energy is clear, and the pace keeps things moving.
