I worked for Ni2 Health for 6 months. During that time my manager showed up for four of our 25 scheduled weekly meetings. No message, heads up, reason. Nothing. Because of this I assume my work is going well and there’s no issues, however shortly after informing management of my autoimmune disease and some upcoming health concerns that may cause me to miss some work, I received my first QA which was ridiculous. Apparently I had been placing my notes in the wrong spot and management claimed that I hadn’t been working my accounts. It took 6 months and an autoimmune disorder and finally that was noticed? Where had management been prior to my health issues? There was no chance for resolution: I was placed on a 2 week performance review, which due to a holiday and meetings was actually only 8 days to completely rework everything setting me up for failure. What is most surprising is that they didn’t even hide that I was let go because of my health. Two days after notifying management of my upcoming procedures I received my poor performance audit, even though a month prior I was selected for an overtime project based on my work. Very very obvious that I was let go because of my health.
