      Talk a good story and has good rating in industry surveys

      Cons

      Broken promise after broken promise. Management look after themselves. Engineering solutions built on the back of an envelope. Employees expected to work continuous crazy hours with very little acknowledgement let alone reward.

      High stress and very top heavy

      Ability to work remotely. Work can be interesting depending on which division you are working in

      Cons

      Constant high pressure push to sell Product overstates its value Product issues Internal processes are excruciatingly poor Company culture is woeful Poor career development No innovation in product Most PS positions now outsourced to low cost regions. Development outsourced to low cost regions They do not listen to their customer needs No real customer engagement unless they want to sell something.

      Lots of perks. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Management is trash. They expect you handle the workload of 3-4 people while paying for one. From day one, they will never set you up for success so that you will not get the performance review bonus. Then they will treat you like you should be grateful they even gave you a job. After I left, 5 more team members followed suit. That's a testament on how horrid the management is in handling support.
