Pros

Room to grow and potential to be a good company.

Cons

The company makes a lot of promises but delivers very little. They want to portray themselves as a beacon of liberty and champions of change, but this is all a smoke screen for another capitalist venture with greedy corporates hiding in their offices. They will make a lucrative offer; what seems like the best salary in the industry within KSA; yet they will deny staff the basics that are usually provided by other companies in the same field (like Internet). You typically have to pay for your own flight to get there which, again, is something no other company in KSA does. You'll have to pay for your own visa runs too, which they don't reimburse for months, sometimes even more than a year. When people leave, they basically try to defraud them out of their benefits and entitlements too citing various reasons they don't deserve "x" amount and giving all kinds of ridiculous explanations why they had to deduct money. Basically their motto is "we will give you an above average salary, but you have to pay for everything else and we will deduct any amount for whatever reason at any point in time". Staff have to constantly battle to get paid on time and most times, there are severe inconsistencies with the amount i.e. if you have an international bank, the bank rate is inconsistent with other banks and companies, and you'll find yourself short of up to GBP155 or USD200 every month - again, something most expats in this industry don't experience with other service providers. They basically try to steal back as much money as they can from their employees. If you're entitled to 3 weeks paid leave, you'll only end up with 2 weeks paid leave and the explanation is typically something along the lines that they "count the weekends" - which is absolutely and totally absurd. Most employees can testify to this.
