Toxic work environment. Incompetent HR team

Remote work environment. Supportive clinical team

Cons

No merit pay raises or bonuses. Work place has become toxic. Mental health team is treated poorly. HR team is incompetent with policies and understanding of laws. Head of HR is also the advisor for venture capitalist that gave money to company, so is untouchable. CEO preaches about love but only cares about the imagine.

Working at Nice is Unlike Anything I've Experienced

Extremely competent leadership For a company that's entirely remote, they've created an amazing culture that's open about making mistakes, supportive and genuinely fun. Their benefits are very competitive, but the intrinsic benefit of working at a company that could dramatically impact the healthcare industry is hard to quantify.

Cons

As a young company there are some occasional blips, but they handle all issues with flexibility, openness and speed.

Remote work People were mostly friendly

Cons

A couple bad apple leaders are running the company down hill fast. Nepotism at it's finest.. people with no experience are calling the shots and they are outright wrong most of the time. Large layoff just happened after they assured us they had money. Classic company that refuses to mature past enabling the Founder's buddies.
