Pros
- you'll work in a medium-sized company that runs a very big business with millions of customers. - personally, I was well compensated based on my role and location. - staff are professional and management is really friendly.
Cons
- the business is well established that most of the times there is nothing for you to do, this made me lazy. - communication is weak, you don't get to communicate with anyone but your direct manager most of the time. - closed door policy and vertical hierarchy.
