Cons
Everything. Leadership is toxic. All AMs feel burnt out and interviewing to leave. They keep getting more put on their plates and told it's appropriate and is expected for the role. Product has not improved for years, so everything is manual and there is no clear ROI. With customers strapped for cash, they're leaving in droves. Expect this behavior to continue for the next 3 years since the current administration keeps cutting and blocking more funding.
