Beyond traditional. They don't want any new ideas even though they tell you they want fresh people to work for them and give opinions. Everything you mention will be discarded and you will be doing the same mundane things every day. Then, at the end, you will be thrown out like 3 other people before me. Someone was kind enough to tell me that there is no room for growth in this company, so I'm glad I'm out. If you're a recent grad, don't be fooled when you come for an interview, thinking you'll make a difference in this company. You'll be doing the same thing until you leave. But somehow, upper management will make it look like its you that's the problem, not them.
