Good coworkers out on the floor. Hiring inclusively.

Cons

Terrible wage and terrible hours. You would make more at McDonald’s and do far less work. They have also mentioned an intention to install surveillance cameras above every welding booth to “maximize productivity”.

Being degraded everyday, over worked, understaffed, yelled and belittled management especially Steve and Mark. A lot of people quit and no one was replaced only added work on everyone else! Bonus- all evaluations are on hold/ no raises indefinitely until further notice 😂😂😂
