When I started at Night Out it was a very small dynamic team. As a start up it has the classic start up feel to it. The co-founders are wonderful guys, both very friendly and know what they are doing. They've changed their business model over time to meet demand but it has also allowed them to stay alive and keep going, so the guys aren't afraid of change. If you have a chance at working there and love the entrepreneurial "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" environment then I would say check it out and see what you think.
Cons
Small open space environment. If you are someone who gets distracted easily there was both a dog and ping pong table so could be a problem for some. Otherwise the office is in a wonderful location just off State Street in Santa Barbara.
