The best part about working here is definitely the people. There’s a real sense of collaboration, and I’ve never felt like I was just a number. The work-life balance is actually respected, which is rare to find these days. I also really appreciate the professional development opportunities—management seems genuinely invested in helping you level up your skills and move forward in your career.
Cons
Like any fast-growing company, things can move pretty quickly, and sometimes communication between different departments could be a bit smoother. It’s nothing major, but it can take a minute to get everyone on the same page when new processes are rolled out.
