      Pros

      You'll meet nice customers, and they are strong advocates, cultivated by employees now long gone. The product itself has a lot of promise (but that's something we've been saying since we were young).

      Cons

      The CEO is self-absorbed and not a person of his word. In my opinion, he is not capable of growing the company. Does not keep promises, and has no empathy for others. So many people left in such a short time that it should be a red flag for anyone considering a position there.

      Pros

      This the first time in my 20+ years of experience in marketing communications that I've work with a company whose software I genuinely like and need to use in my day-to-day work. The culture is positive, engaging, human and focused on helping you grow. This is the first company that gives you the time you need to balance work and life.

      Cons

      Nimble has many more idea, inspiration and opportunities than resources. So be prepared to shift priorities.

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the company has good values and a nice product.

      Cons

      Not the right job for me at this time, but overall a great place to work.
