Pros

WorkReduce has given me the flexibility to work how and when I want remotely. I've found myself working harder and faster and getting way more done on my own time. Great onboarding process and the remote colleagues I overlap with are super friendly. I've been able to work on great Fortune-500 accounts through our clients and, while filling in on standard reporting and buying tasks for clients, have found that I've continued to grow skills-wise. For self-starters who have the technical chops to dive into work without training, this is an awesome alternative to agency work.

Cons

Because it's a network of remote workers, communication has to be proactive or things fall through the cracks. Once I'm set up on an account I'll sometimes hear weeks later that my hours allocations per client have been shifted or that my responsibilities have changed. This seems to always be a little up in the air until the last minute. Due to this, it's hard to forecast next month's hours. WR relies on their clients to sign on to continue contracts and a lot of the time that doesn't seem to happen until the last minute.

Pros

It is hard to find any pros

Cons

A significant time sink, the compact exhibited one of the poorest employee retention rates I've observed in a considerable span. Manipulating people into competing for work overnight. The Motto seems to be hiring cheaply, overloading one person then continually replacing the underperforming retailers. Downsides of working at Work Reduce is you cannot count on this company or you could go homeless. Baiting workers with plenty of work hours then forcing them to compete. Trainings a mess, documents are stuck in the past, and the systems seem destined to retire with the folks leaving the company. I witnessed numerous individuals lose their jobs due to inadequate planning or voluntary departures. My personal encounter involved subpar management, outdated systems and minimal to zero training, contributing to a challenging work environment,

Pros

Remote Variety of clients when available

Cons

They waited until the 11th hour when their pipeline dried up to layoff those without a new contract. Now they are pivoting into a new industry when they should’ve did that awhile ago rather than stripping livelihoods. Your are full time but technically you only get paid through the contract. They’ve no money on hand to keep you around.
