Pros
The agency is redefining their proposition. Expanding on their mobile digital expertise, they have now grown into a consultancy service, where AI and service design are two of their main pillars. You get to work on very interesting projects, mainly around AI, working on identifying how these technologies can help propel a business, and implementing transformation strategies. Their CX team is super knowledgeable, you get to work on very cool end to end UX projects. Mix of different clients, you get to work on an array of sectors. Good life/work balance, very friendly people and supportive management. Free food everywhere, all day.
Cons
Very cold offices, packing a thick jumper is recommended. You might put a few pounds on if you visit the kitchen too often.

Great team work and client work so far and lovely team mates. Location great on the street market and flexible working hours
Cons
Fast paced, full of energy, high expectations internally and externally from clients but understandably so given the heritage and award status of the company
