Pros
Great place to work, with smart people and interesting challenges. The product had lots of potential, and could have filled a gap in the marketplace. Alas it was not to be.
Cons
Not enough runway to reach some milestones. Management appeared to not understand that vaporware will not turn a start-up into an acquisition target. By the time that became evident, it was too late.

Pros
Nimboxx had a cool product and a smart engineering team with a lot of smart people. They originally treated their employees well with a lot of good benefits like flex time, wfh, solid pto, etc.
Cons
The company overextended to quickly in hiring too big of a team given their funding. They also rushed their product out earlier than they should have.
