      Pros

      A breath of fresh air. Everyone strives for excellency. People are very smart, friendly and great people to learn from. The focus of the company is on young and smart people, and those who are willing to learn and give their best in Software and AI. Everyone is helpful and collaborative.

      Cons

      I wouldn't find a con until now. The office in Tirana is new (since September 2022) but a lot of people joined very soon.
