Pros

On the whole the company employee's are lovely - nice office space and you get to go to some events

Cons

If you’re considering a company that claims to prioritise mental health but acts otherwise, Ninja Tune might fit the bill. While workplace politics are common, Ninja Tune takes cover-ups to another level—like making employees redundant while pretending they left voluntarily or allowing a head of the company accused of bullying and harassment to continue running things behind the scenes after a supposed "step-down." - Still waiting to see the supposed 'report' on this. Double standards are rampant, with unfair treatment depending on how much your manager likes you. Employees are underpaid, overloaded with work. And don’t count on HR—they prioritise the company’s interests, not yours. I’ve seen friends deal with lies, gaslighting firsthand. Most people quite unhappy with how things are being ran at Ninja Tune now.

Pros

Majority of people to work with are great, get to go to gigs for free sometimes, nice roster, nice office space.

Cons

Made a bunch of people redundant with a total lack of transparency. Morale is very low and people are not happy. No xmas party this year, no bonuses either. People being made to take on extra work from those who lost their jobs with no extra pay or even communication about work loads increasing. Loads of benefits being cut, pay is really bad for the work you do and how much money the company makes. Loads of lies and gaslighting. Bullying and harassment. Unfair treatment between different people - double standards.
