Smaller company, everyone knows each other, not quite as "rigid" with rules as some larger companies, security-company is still growing, very good benefits, people are free to express their opinion, multi-cultural, clean plant
Cons
everyone knows each other! Sometimes everyone knows too much. There are people in Management that do not speak English so it is hard to communicate sometimes, it's a factory, hot in summer, chilly in winter.
