      Good Projects, Nice Co-workers, Opportunity to build customer relation.

      Forceful Bonds, No work time ethics, No managerial support at times, lack in KT, No quality life.

      No pros to mention, Management ruins employees career & plays with their life. Doesn't deserve 1 star but its d least I can give.

      Cons

      Firstly, Management wont provide relieving, experience documents. Forceful bonds, management collects the employees academic certificates and denies to return back. Secondly, Unprofessional management, no ethics, no values, treats employees like slaves. Thirdly No travel, local allowances, other benefits, no salary in time. Thirdly, worst hr policies, hr also behaves unprofessionally. Lastly, hectic work timings, forces employees to work for long hours. Finally, In conclusion, Never ever join this organisation or you will b in trouble, hell. Strongly suggest you not to join, dont sign bond & kindly enquire ex employees before joining.

      Sorry to hear this feedback. But information quoted is not true and out of proportion. Our employees are our prime force and we always encourage them to excel in their career. We have flexible work timings, leave policy and comp-off policy which no parallel organization has. We have a strong ERP system in which every process efficiency is tracked which ensure all employee issues are addressed on time. Despite all the measures, as a growing organization, we are keen to improve ourselves on regular basis and we would take this feedback in positive spirit and try to improve ourselves further.

      there is no pros i found after about this company

      My one friend was working there. Environment is very bad.. They will expect daily to stay whole night. Won't allow to take leaves.. Too much pressure. They will not leave employees with proper way. They will intentionally torchure them. If girls won't stay late night, MD will be very cruel with them. They will make a forceful bond, coz everyone will think to leave before a year.. It's just a like hell. MD will stay and make people to work like donkey. If we r done with our work also, he will not make allow to go home. Instead he will compare, they are staying u should also stay for late nights
