Pros

You will get paid regularly the salary that was promised. Convenient commuting location. Nice colleagues.

Cons

You will not get paid any bonus, this will be lost in the small print and there is not going to be any annual salary review. Forget all that was discussed and promised during the recruitment process, by the time you are hired, there is a “new strategy”. No-one knows what the strategy is but it is advisable to follow it. New subsidiary companies get launched and new employees hired and fired weekly. No job security, no career development but plenty of time to get all your personal errands in order.

Pros

Money for doing nothing all day

Cons

CEO Luigi de Simone Niquesa really has no idea how to run a business or treat staff. Another two failed business of Luigi closed today. The offices have a bad energy as all staff are just there for the money doing very little or nothing, there is no real respect for the CFO or CEO. A quick check for Niquesa and TDA Capital on Companies house website shows consistent losses of millions, suppliers and public have seen this have questioned why we are still open. After 3 years you cannot still call it a start-up, I’m still working here getting free money but looking, this company may hinder future prospects as has a bad reputation. Soon to be investigated, get out while you can!

Pros

Leaving at the end of the day

Cons

Management are deluded. They are ruining peoples careers. More redundancies. More closures. The whole of Niquesa Store was fired with immediate affect. The owner isn't a Professor, he bought that title, he's a poor business man and acts like a child if he doesn't get his own way. Travel are so embarrassed they are going to rebrand and move from swanky Sloane Avenue to Staines. How the mighty have fallen! The company slogan should be 'over promise & under deliver!'
