      fake it til you make it culture, clueless ceo

      easy job to get people are nice

      Cons

      ceo uses his low salary as an excuse for underpaying and overworking his employees, but of course he's has equity in the company employees are all junior or coops and don't know what there doing, ceo seems confident but is actually clueless on the technology, i swear most of the time he has no idea what's going on

      a cheap startup for inexperienced

      Cons

      They used so-called positive energy to make someone work over weekends (then you get message over weekends and a sense of no work life balance). RSU is used to brainwash in the meetings and micromanagement in daily work.

There is a unique value an early-stage company can offer in building career experience. In the beginning, the compensation might look more distributed into other areas of great value such as the stock options, but we understand not everyone is able to perceive this. This is why we always clarify this during the interview stage. During 2020-2021, the founders average salary was $46,000 and the rest of the team members average salary was $65,328.       If you have no experience you will be loved and will have the opportunity to learn because they don't understand anything

      Cons

      CEO has no management skills and you will feel lost in the company. They are also losing money and will go bankrupt soon so avoid going there if you are looking for a stable job
