      Good in hand salary after at-least 1 year Get to learn about finance Only join this company if you don't have any other company offer

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. May need to work 12-13 hours on daily basis without any incentive or bonus Only Repetitive Work..nothing to learn after 2-3 months Preferential treatment to CH team everyone else is B Team Senior management never takes blame Good senior guys already left Recruitment drive almost every week No Training for freshers

      Pros

      Great learning experience. New CS employees get to meet with clients immediately. Probably the best client support staff in the market. Take a very consultative approach to onboarding and implementations. Younger employees are extremely talented.

      Cons

      Sketchy CEO. Low salary, hardly any benefits. No bonuses.
