      Toxic leadership drives team apart

      Pros

      team that does the work is actually really cool. Just don’t go to team leaders or managers.

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic and fake. They will work you all day but do nothing except take meetings with each other. Then they will collect their stocks when the company sells. So toxic.

      Paycheck, Remote work, The benefits are fine

      Cons

      10 years old and still can't figure out what they want to do. Always raising money just to stay afloat but never making enough to be profitable. Laying off longtime employees who make more just to try and survive a little longer.

      Our marketing team uses the company to support their personal sports brands. It’s actually quite peculiar how the marketing team uses the company’s reputation and image to spread their personal opinions. Very unprofessional.
