1.Bad management 2.No salary or max 4k without a payslip and PF account 3. Without PF account MNC will consider the company is fake, Don't spoil your career by joining this 4. Wordpress and Joomla are outdated technology 5. They will throw you out if they not required for them. no before notice and they will do in an unprofessional way
