Pressure, politics, and religion are the most common topics of concern in this organization. Promotions and salary hikes depend on how well connected you are with operations and delivery leadership, and in some cases, religious affiliations seem to influence decisions.
HR function is also quite weak. Rather than acting as an independent employee advocate, HR often appears to follow instructions from operations leadership without taking the time to understand employee concerns or have meaningful discussions. This creates a perception of unfairness, lack of transparency, and limited trust in the overall people management process.
