Let's out his frustration on other employees Managers leading the verticals are highly impractical and lack knowledge to do anything. Don't need over time since the tasks is not much, ok for who like this style. Support drink free. Travel, health care.

Cons

Have no target to improve both of career path and skills. No balance between other member since the manager is too bad. The boss will fire you anytime if they hate you.
