      Not bad, but can be better

      Pros

      Good work life balance and autonom Great and smart people in the business who really know their stuff A business that is constantly trying to diversify and improve its product portfolio

      Cons

      If you’re not friends or liked by senior management you will be passed over for opportunities No progression or career advancement No support to upskill or take on more responsibility to learn new skills No ability to assist the team in enhancing their individual skills to progress Internally can be very secretive creating an ‘inner circle’ culture

      Good people, poor management and HR decisions

      Pros

      The company has a good work/life balance, depending on your position. The over all culture is good, and most of the people there are friendly.

      Cons

      HR has some serious problems. Pay is low and attendance policies are rather draconian. There are also different attendance standards between salaried and hourly workers, despite management claiming to the contrary. Work/life balance is good unless you are a production employee, if you are a production or warehouse employee, you can pretty much forget about your weekends.

      Some nice people. Nice building and location

      Cons

      If you are not in the "club" your are harassed until you quit. HR runs the company and controls everyone actions. Too many cliques and too petty. No work life balance. Worse is that management rules by fear and intimidation. If they don't like you, no one will work with you. Siloed mentality. Too much politics.
