Pros

fairly i dont think i recall any as all are client initiated benifits aside from govt mandated

Cons

I resigned approximately one month before the company's retrenchment took effect, and looking back, it turned out to be the right decision for me. One of the most frustrating parts of my experience was the handling of my final pay. I was initially provided with a computation that was later revised after the company informed me that an error had been made. In my opinion, payroll and separation pay calculations should be subject to thorough review and quality checks before being released, especially since they directly affect employees' financial well-being. Mistakes in this area can cause unnecessary stress and erode trust. The onboarding experience also fell short of my expectations. For a company that provides services to international clients, many of the internal processes I encountered felt heavily manual and outdated. In addition, the onboarding sessions I attended were conducted primarily in Tagalog. While this may work for some employees, I personally believe a more inclusive approach—such as using English—would better accommodate individuals from different regions of the Philippines where Tagalog is not the primary language. After the retrenchment process, I was not presented with any reprofiling opportunities or alternative assignments before my separation. Based on my own experience, there was no meaningful discussion about possible redeployment within the organization. I was also informed that the retrenchment package applicable to my situation amounted to 50%, which I found disappointing given my years of service. Throughout my employment, I often felt more connected to the client I supported than to the company that employed me. As a deployed employee, I personally felt excluded from much of the company's culture and engagement initiatives. Recognition for contributions was minimal from my perspective, and I observed limited opportunities for performance-based growth, career progression, or meaningful professional development. Perhaps my biggest disappointment was the lack of a clear long-term career path. In my experience, there was little visibility into advancement opportunities or structured employee development, making it difficult to envision sustainable growth within the organization. Overall, this review reflects my own personal experience and opinion as a former employee. While others may have had different experiences, I believe there is significant room for improvement in payroll quality assurance, modernization of internal processes, onboarding inclusivity, employee engagement, career development, and retention efforts.
