      There are a few really good ppl around. A good point to start a career but no more than a year.

      Cons

      All departments are stagnating. No progress by all means: tech stack, new releases, highly qualified specialists. Greedy salary politics greatly below the market.

      Working with great professionals, challenging tasks and interesting portfolio to work with. Travel opportunities and conferences (expos) participation experience. Life-work balance is good.

      Cons

      Changing goals as a normal practice; poor opportunity to grow within company - the border is rather low; low autonomy and independence in making decisions.
