      Toxic work environment with poor management and infrastructure

      Nothing. Only beneficial for a fresher upto 6 month to an year depends on growth.

      Cons

      Worst environment to work in. No competitive salary, Zero perks. Worst management. Office politics is a lot. Top tier people doesn't have any understanding to technology. Very poor infrastructure. Does fake promises.
