There are certain set of principals and guidelines that have been set by the company to create a robust company culture which every employee must respect. Whenever you move to a new work place, you have to adapt to the new work environment, company culture, new set of rules and regulation according to which the company functions. 4. Increment is never fixed, it is always bound to your performance, which is why at the end of every year, your performance evaluation is carried out according to which your increment is decided.
