The expectations from the employees are so intense that you barely get any time to stay positive.

Cons

The work expectations were poorly set. The arrogant leadership made a commitment to the clients without consulting with the employees who actually had to do the work. It was awful. Please beware! You cannot avoid burnout here for long.

Effective communication, a lot of relationship building, and tangible results when you put in the effort. Plenty of opportunities to meet new people and build my skills. I’ve definitely improved my confidence on the phone, understanding of the media landscape, and writing abilities. Ambitious employees always stand out because managers notice and reward hard work.

Cons

The role involves a lot of unanswered emails and declined pitches.
