      - Good work-life balance; people respect each other's time off. - Many work events take place outside of work hours.

      -People come and go quite often due to the high stress and pressure from management. -The business frequently undersells projects to land them, which results in projects being rushed just for the sake of completion. -Salaries are quite low compared to other agencies. -Transparency is lacking.
