Whilst in a consulting company it is natural that assignments depend on the projects coming in, the employee needs to be told what they should focus their learning on and knowledge transfer about company -specific tools needs to be facilitated.
Where to start. There's a revolving door of employees. Leadership are untrustworthy at best. Underhanded at worst. All the changes have brought in poor methodology and questionable characters. All the seemingly trustworthy and helpful staff have left/been removed leading to a poor atmosphere.
