Cons

Até agora não vejo grandes sinais de valorização do capital humano, mas estando em fase de adaptação em Angola, creio que eventualmente vai melhorar

Great people and a very good team. Noatum wants to progress and be a world class logistics provider, and they have the team to do it.

Cons

Too much red tape and no formal processes in place at high level making the growth and development of the operation cumbersome and slow.
