Pros

ICP-OES experience is a plus on your resume. Most of the people are great.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Poor pay. Management blamed all problems on the people below them. Do anything wrong, even if it was something a manager did regularly, and you'll receive a scathing 2+page email. During my time they accepted a deal with Dempsey to provide "lab coats". Found out when they mixed up an order that these were the same coats used in food service...bakeries, butcher shops, kitchens. They took away our real lab coats which were designed to protect against strong acids and gave us these butcher coats which absorbed liquids like a sponge. My manager did nothing so after a month I brought it up to the safety coordinator. I was terminated a week later.
