Pros

• Work and life balance is good • Laid back culture • The senior mgmt and staff, although clueless, are for the most part good guys who are fun to have a beer with but not exactly the sharpest tools in the shed. Overall, its a good place to hide for a while before landing the right job.

Cons

• Low compensation packages - below market. • No strategy and structure in place • Incompetent mgmt team. No leadership, unable (with no interest) in establishing a legitimacy and brand recognition. Prefers to be a bottom feeder. • Small and cheap office environment. • No room for career advancement. • High turnover at all levels.

Pros

There is little direct oversight and you have time to look for another job while there.

Cons

-Clueless, but dirty leadership -Firm is run like Niko Pronk's personal account, which it essentially is -Management has zero regard for its employees; you will be treated poorly -Amateur sales force with no real industry experience or connections -Firm has a terrible reputation as a chop shop, which it is -Employees have no resources to succeed; the place is bare bones cheap; feel fortunate if you have a desk and a computer -Pay is terrible, and management is likely to cut it or change it as they see fit -Turnover is incredibly high; no matter what you do, it's unlikely you will be there more than 12-24 months -Working there is damaging to your resume/career

Pros

The name isn't that bad. Florida is nice. Free coffee. Bathroom breaks are permitted. You will be smarter than anybody else that works there.

Cons

Management is pathetic with no real experience whatsoever. There is no strategy at all. Would do anything to get a banking deal. Miserable product. Cheap beyond belief. Mostly incompetent employees. I wouldn't even recommend hiding here while you look for another job. The absolute worst working environment that I have ever been in. Unprofessional (given the level of experience what else should be expected?).
