Management is terrible and inhumane. Has zero respect for employees (will call during off-days and demand they come in, uses threats, hypocritical and has a huge double standard).

Horrible/useless managers (my manager would always remind everyone that he was great bc he was in "management"). Zero communication between group Too much division of labour, this leads to lousy work bc no one ever sees the end result of what theyre doing. No direction from senior management. Just he was a heavy hitter at X bank before, so they're super important Yes it's a trading floor, so expect a locker room culture. But I've witnessed several managers going too far in demeaning junior staff.
