TOXIC! DO NOT WORK HERE!!

Pros

Opportunity to learn a lot (no other choice, it's sink or swim), fast paced environment

Cons

***BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ DO NOT WORK HERE*** Noble is 90% white, cis/het and apparently they have never had inclusion/sensitivity trainings, especially with leadership. It was made apparent quickly that "diversity hires" only happened in the past two years and was performative at best. You can expect racial micro-agressions from leadership, classism, etc. Even when HR is brought in nothing is done. I had read these ratings before accepting my offer and ignored the bad reviews, tossing it to a few disgruntled employees, but they were spot on. This is the worst place to work, for many other reasons: - Zero accountability/responsibility taken from Directors and above - Cannot stray from the "Noble" way even though it lacks originality and creativity/hinders learning. - Resources slim to none, expected to learn yourself and lean on vendors for information. - You will be overworked and spread thin, even though this is standard across the industry, here it is way more intense. - Whatever role you are in, you are expected to have knowledge/skills at the level above you. They actually tell you this once you are hired. - Toxic team culture: they pride themselves in leading with fear/intimidation. Everyone will tell you about how they cried their first few months and how "breakdowns" are normal/part of becoming "Noble People". - No COVID precautions. - Not flexible with remote working, regardless of your situation. Quit or come into the office.

Pros

Literally, nothing is good at this place, avoid at all circumstances. Only nice thing is that they give you a mac, but if you value a mac over culture and treatment then I have no words.

Cons

- they dont use Outlook, or Prisma, or Teams - their expectations for a role are way above reality - no available resources to use or grow from - EVERYONE talks behind EVERYONES back - They use a template deck for ALL client presentations that has not been changed since 2016 and you are not allowed to make or recommend any changes. Someone needs to give the CEO a reality check as we work in marketing. - Only a few people know search while only one person manages data for all accounts. - Not welcoming or have a process in place for onboarding new employees. Senior leadership does not care for your well being. - If you make one mistake, HR takes a side instead of mediating between the two. - No matter what role or who you are

Horrible company

Pros

- company events are cool (some decent people in the company) - some good brands we work with

Cons

- EVERYTHING ELSE - The upper management (Partners and Group Directors/Managing Directors) are super biased and play favoritism. - Pay is trash - long unnecessary hours (working late on days when the work is already done) - they promote employees based on their “liking” for people vs the work they push out
