Pros

There is good news: there is life after Noble. I am much happier in my current position, and know that I am more appreciated and respected, and what I do will lead to success in the future. To current employees: it may be hard to make a change, but the change may be well worth it. It was for me. Let's just say it was a learning experience. I know who I don't want to work for ever again. But to try to include something positive, the cafeteria and fitness center on campus were convenient, I usually had the resources to do my job, and direct co-workers became close friends.

Cons

Here is what I didn't like about the foundation: -no appreciation -no respect -minimal pay and pay raises -little promotion potential -too much gossip -no leadership -lies after lies -benefits taken away -had to start paying insurance -too many meetings -wasted time and money -too many egos -superiority complexes -people overpaid and underqualified -"Noble-ism" - the term for the Noble employees that think they are elite or superior, and entitled to everything because they work at Noble

Pros

Good benefits, good work life balance, fellow coworkers made the job enjoyable

Cons

Management is very flighty and changes mind and the entire company's direction based on newest, flashiest idea, even if it doesn't fit at all Research is gone, CEO doesn't trust science and is afraid of words like replicated Doesn't have to decency to tell people to their face that they're losing their jobs Ardmore is boring

Pros

Some great coworkers. On paper, the mission is outstanding for anyone wishing to make a positive difference.

Cons

From president on down, almost none can be trusted. Employees are considered a liability unless you are one of the pets. They don't value anyone's contributions and anyone can be fired for any or no reasons at all without any chance to defend oneself. While the mission is quite noble, no one but a select few are allowed to have any input into how it is put into action and those generally don't have any realistic idea how to put it into action. No one, especially those on the leadership team have the courage or integrity to tell the president when he's making a mistake. So far any that have questioned any aspect of anything he's said have been disposed of.
