Fun place to work, great atmosphere, pay below average

Cons

Corporate office is terrible, the demands made of the franchisees are impossible, out of date thinking, need to come out of the stone age, dishonest about expenses and place unrealistic goals on franchisees, too much focus on "fast product" instead of quality.

Extremely interesting Company to work for if you want to be in the 1970's

Pay & Health insurance. I don't think I can come up with anything else. Thinking, thinking, nope nothing else.

Cons

Time off is barely available. When you are hired you are told one thing but in actuallity that doesn't happen. Travel days are not days off!
