Pros

You get a check...but only twice a month, so budget wisely

Cons

This work tested my consciousness. I lasted two days. You take calls from people thinking they're calling about employment, when the ultimate goal is to sign them up for school. You tell these people you're updating the their profile with necessary employment information, but the only info you put into the profile pertains to they're eligibility for school; ex. Ged/high school diploma, currently in college, defaulted student loans, etc. If the caller has any issues preventing them from pursuing higher education, then you are instructed to end the call and the next call is directed to you to complete the immoral process all over again! It's horrible because this company is taking advantage of people in delicate situations and I could no longer be a part of the charade. I am an avid believer in education. But not under false pretenses. Be open with customers and give them the opportunity to decide for themselves.

Pros

This is A Very good place and opportunity to work The staff is very nice and helpful. The management team is outstanding they're always there to help you when you need it. I believe this is a Very good company to work for. Everyday is an exciting challenge being on the phone helping suspects find the right programs that is convenient and fits them. Actually indulging into a conversation On the phone with other people and hearing about their achievements and future goals is really exciting to hear about.

Cons

It can be a little stressful just like any other call centre but once you get the hang of it you will get better and better at what you do You will learn something new everyday and you will see progression as time passes. This place is very beneficial to work for.

Pros

Easy to get hired, no dress code, food at your desk. Short shifts.

Cons

Poor useless training, unprofessional management, misleading about what you actually do, pay is very confusing and deceptive. Theres no real interview, just show up and fill out a app they hire everybody that comes to their "job fair" lol. No lunch just a 15 min break that they time closely. They claim its inbound calls when its actually a computerized connection system (robo dialer), they dangle fake job opportunities in front of desperate and many out of work people only to try to get them to sign up for some trade school in their area. If they don't you wont make money. Theres no jobs you have to offer, thats a TOTAL lie, most people hang up on you, are rude to you, or say don't try to get me to go to school as soon as the call starts. The floor supervisors are unprofessional kids between 18-25 who yell at everyone to get more transfers to school agents, sometimes they swear at people, hound people, and they cant them selves do what they expect you to do. Few people make any real money there, but the company fills your head with fake stories of people who supposedly made 1000's per week. Theres no parking except on the street. Its a HORRIBLE scam of a gig, i wont even say job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! You'll beg for your tome back you wasted.
