      Large organization with enough friendly people to make you feel like part of the team.

      Cons

      Upper management out of touch with subordinate employees, with a few exceptions.

      Great until they no longer need you. Then it is about as bad as it can be.

      Pros

      Interesting work, great co-workers (most no longer at company), good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Despite having been one of the top programmers and doing a great job for them they laid me off with zero warning and no severance. Totally cold and heartless. They did not even let my manager know so he could not give me a warning. When laid off I was treated exactly like I was being fired for cause. Instead of being shown some respect and courtesy for being a top employee. Also did it right before the holidays, most Scrooge like.
