Pros
The company offers a fantastic benefits package to its full-time employees including: vacation, extended-illness sick bank, health, dental vision, long/short-term disability, accident, hospital and cancer insurance, 401k with match, and much more. The non-management employees are a fantastic group of people to work with, and are the companies biggest asset.
Cons
The managers and directors are micromanaged from the top down. Department heads are not given much leeway to do what they need to do in their jobs. Even individual salaries must be approved by senior management, and annual increases are not based upon employee performance. Opportunities for advancement are limited.
