      The leadership know how to build a solid, successful company with an incredible people first culture. I'd absolutely work there again.

      Pros

      Women-owned business. Leadership is direct and friendly with staff. Seem genuinely interested in fostering a positive work culture and in developing their employees.

      Cons

      Nodi is primarily a sub-contractor, resulting in limited flexibility for growth within some roles. They do work with you to find and maximize opportunities, however!
