      Noetic Strategies Inc. is a small software company headquartered in Huntsville, AL where it has proven track record of good communications within the seniors to individual contributors, sounding management throughout the company and provide competitive salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      This depends on the person, but it was fully remote besides the quarterly all-hands, which I wasn't a fond of.
