      Pros

      Good for experianced people who take more salary. Good for senior management.

      Cons

      1) This company realized that we should never do hard work and trust small companies. They can be closed at any time. 2) Freshers it is always bettor to join in large companies. 3) No career growth and personal groth fro freshers. 4) Suddenly this job security company became famous for layoffs. 5) Only one person in india controls everything. 6) No one knows why some people always get promotions and good hikes.

      Pros

      Once had excellent people and management. Pay was reasonable. Previously made Seattle Business Magazine's "best places to work in Washington" list.

      Cons

      The company has been purchased. The profit mandate from one high is continually being met by layoffs. Two massive layoffs, so far, that has decimated the workforce. There is no one left to do any real work on several product lines. As of this writing glassdoor has Moris Beton as the CEO, this has not been the case since early 2013.

      Pros

      Noetix was like a family - the people helped each other and worked very well together. The projects were interesting and you had a lot of autonomy. The company made a small profit but was a great place to work.

      Cons

      The pros are all gone. The company was purchased in 2013 by investors who are only interested in increasing their profit margins: 20% last year, 30% this year, 50% next year. They had a brutal layoff at acquisition and another more recently. There is hardly anyone left.
