Great coworkers. Lots of perks. Really felt heard and valued. They reward and encourage growth and let employees play to their strengths while developing new ones.
Cons
There was crunch time for sure, and, as with any job with external clients, sometimes my personal values didn't align with client companies'.
People are polite and everyone gets along well. Management spends a lot of time keeping up appearances so you get free food sometimes to keep your mind off of what is really happening. Good place to springboard from to a different company.
Cons
Paid less than market value, insurance is really terrible and the premiums are high, but it’s a small company so it’s not entirely their fault. Pay is once a month because that’s still a thing in places to save money. The culture is weird and insular.

Well, we are happy to have given you a good job when you didn't have other options. The training provided by staff is excellent, so that someone with little to no professional experience, can become a productive professional in their field. As with all folks who are new to the professional working world, the next move is often seen as a springboard to the next exciting challenge.
