literally none. maybe your coworkers if they maintain their backbone after getting constantly insulted and abused by the rude, condescending, dumb, and self asserting smartest person in the room "COO"

Cons

You name it - Nogin's got it. Awful leadership? check. Corrupt management? check. Human Resources reporting into the PSYCHO COO creating a massive and probably illegal conflict of interest? check. No work-life balance? check. Everyone that works here is waiting for the company to announce bankruptcy or that SHAHRIYAR will be arrested.

Plenty of opportunities to learn e-commerce operations. Pleasant coworkers, outside of the executive team.

Cons

The company hired a new COO who lacks the EQ skills necessary to lead and is quickly destroying what was left of the company. He is disrespectful, belittles employees at every opportunity and has no issue threatening to fire employees in front of others. Everyone is either waiting to get fired or actively seeking new opportunities. Totally unhealthy work environment.

The wonderful people you get to work with everyday.

Cons

Leadership is a disaster! They don't have any idea of what the team is actually doing. They keep bringing in new clients, which are actually forced to leave, because there are not enough resources whatsoever and the technology they offer is very limited. HR is a joke, because they report to the COO, who's also on the board, so there's a huge conflict of interest. If you speak up, they won't do anything. There's no support nor leadership whatsoever. You're left on your own and if there are issues with clients, there's no "let's solve it as a team", there's "let's fire them all and bring in new people with no brand experience whatsoever".
